Welcome to Blissfulfit! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and online coaching services. By accessing or using the services provided on www.blissfulfit.online (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Use of Website and Services
1.1. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Clients under the age of 18 must obtain written permission from a parent or legal guardian before commencing any training or coaching program through Blissfulfit. By submitting the required consent form, the guardian agrees to all terms and conditions, including acknowledgment of health risks, payment obligations, and data handling policies. Blissfulfit reserves the right to discontinue coaching if valid consent is not received.
1.2. Intellectual Property
All content on our website - including but not limited to programs, videos, photos, guides, and written materials - is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify any content without prior written consent.
1.3. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse our website or services in any way, including engaging in unlawful, abusive, or offensive conduct, or attempting to breach the website’s security.
2. Coaching Options and Payment Terms
2.1. Once-Off Tailored Programs (6, 8, or 12 Weeks)

Full payment is required upfront before the program is created and delivered.

Once the program is sent, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2.2. Monthly Coaching

A 60% non-refundable setup fee is required upfront to begin onboarding and create the first month's program.

The remaining 40% balance must be paid before the program is delivered.

The date the final balance is paid becomes the recurring monthly billing date.

Monthly payments must be made via EFT or a Yoco payment link.

Minimum Commitment: By enrolling in monthly coaching, the client agrees to a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months. Cancellation is not permitted within the first three months of service.

After the initial 3-month commitment period, clients must provide 30 days’ written notice to cancel monthly coaching.

No partial refunds will be issued for cancellations mid-month or within the 3-month minimum commitment period.

Failure to pay on time may result in services being withheld until payment is received.

Annual fee increases may apply, and clients will be notified in advance of any changes.

2.3. Digital Products (e.g. Workout Programs, Challenges, Guides)

All digital products are delivered electronically via email or direct download after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

Digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, distributed, or shared with others.

Blissfulfit is not responsible for technical issues on the customer’s side (e.g., lost emails, download problems, or device compatibility). If you experience issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at blissfulfit.online@gmail.com and we’ll assist.

3. Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:

All services must be paid in full in accordance with the pricing and deadlines outlined above before coaching content is released.
4. Personal Data and Privacy
4.1. Data Collection
We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, health-related goals, and relevant lifestyle information solely for the purpose of delivering coaching services.
4.2. Data Protection
Your personal information is stored securely and will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Risk and Liability
5.1. Health Disclaimer
By participating in any Blissfulfit program, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks. You are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program.
5.2. Liability Waiver
Blissfulfit will not be held liable for any injury, illness, or damages resulting from your participation in our programs, whether caused directly or indirectly.
6. Service Conduct
6.1. Respectful Engagement
All communication via our website, email, or other channels must remain respectful. Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at https://www.blissfulfit.online/t-cs
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
